Charcuteria Victorino Vergara

About us

We tell you a piece of our history

Our history

We go back to 1940 to go to the origins of this house, where Victorino Vergara Paterna, began his career with a grocery store and wood oven in the Main Street of Mislata, over the years his sons continued with the business, it was then when his son Victorino Vergara Fernandez, changed its location from the old premises in the same Main Street to a larger one that would fit the needs to seek the specialization and craftsmanship of the current delicatessen.

It was here, when his sons Victorino, Juani and Vicen formed the third generation of this house, always looking for customer satisfaction by offering them quality and variety in all our products, being our flagship product, the Gran Reserva Victorino Vergara Ham, selected fresh and then cured in the dryers of Teruel. As well as the Iberian bait and acorn-fed ham, which we work with the most important suppliers at national level.

Currently, we have the fourth generation after the incorporation of Pedro Palao Vergara, son of Juani Vergara, seeking to adapt to new times and market demands, without forgetting the roots of our beginnings.
